Norman has been in a senior role with 35+ years’ experience in the metals and minerals industry including sales and marketing role for Comalco bauxite and alumina (RTA) based in Brisbane and later in Beijing China. Ex MD of Wogen Pacific led a team of trading and investment in a range of metals and minerals. Ex head of Ausenco China and led a team of engineers in China to do EPCM and procurement for mining projects across the world and ex-Chairman of Traxys Far East Limited with a trading and investment team to do trading and off take agreements in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concentrates and strategic metals and Industrial minerals based in Asia. Academically, Norman is an Imperial College University of London honours graduate and holds a EMBA from CEIBS China Europe International Business School.
